When I go to the singers showcase and try to listen to a song, the little player window pops up, but when I click play nothing happens.

I've emailed technical support, but they seem to not kno what the problem is.

I'm running windows XP, any computer geeks know how I can fix it?

Songs take time to upload mike.. Or clear your temporary internet folder. Either work well for me..
