This place used to be a thriving oasis, and for the last couple days that tired old song chain has been at the top of the page. No one has anything to say?

Maybe I'll make a post about how to burn discs and then use them to undercut someone else's show just to get a little action around here!

I have been here every day 3-5 times a day with machine guns locked & loaded.. and missles ready.. and a few tricks brought back from Iraq by my Brother.. (LMAO!) I've sitting in my bunker again ready for action.. still waiting ... and the natives are getting restless as I see...

Same here. I've been here every day. Think maybe its the holidays and people just being tied up with other things. hope it picks up though.

Personally, I use the internet at work, and enjoyed a week of bein "in-communicado". When I have some time later this week, I will update the "Holiday Party From Hell......"

Hello again..

I just returned from "Sin City" aka Las Vegas. The TV announced they would have "Hellicopter Gunships" over the strip tonight. Mama said we should come home.
(And she was winning too. Just about a grand up )

Been doing the laundry, and checkin' the 400 e-mails. (Spam)

I've duct taped the windows in case they drop a "dirty bomb".

I'll sing next week if we are still here...

I'm always lurking ... I don't always post ... but I do read them. I'm not a KJ so I don't always have much to contribute to the conversation ... 'cept my goofyness! My hubby and I are remodeling the kitchen so that's been a hectic project ... the whole thing is gutted! On top of that I've been fighting this flu since Thanksgiving! Excuses excuses ....

I couldn't disagree more Sheree... I think SINGERS have every right to contribute to a kj type discussion.

You guys see a lot from your respective chairs.

I love hearing your gripes as much as I do your acolades about how good and bad we do.

Perhaps if we heard more from you types, it might keep us a bit more grounded in this reality called EARTH! !

You are right.. I'd rather hear a singer's idea on how to do my show better for them... because.. thier Observations just may contain that bit of brilliance that most of us are oblivious to.. than other KJ's or Bar staff..

The KJ's alot of times would rather hear it from a singer because it seems like a more open connection.. and honestly that's who's paying thier wages..

Some of the most ingenious promotions ideas that have have put alot of warm bodies in some of my real dead shows.. and they have come from my customers. and that's a fact.
things you'd never thought that would never work in a million years but did out of desperation, amazingly work just based out of something a group of customers liked or didn't like..

Of course we all love ya, Drums. It's the likes of yourself and Sheree that keep us KJs grounded and tell us things that we would usually miss.

What was her last name again? I've missed all of you guys ... I'll be more contributive (is that a word?) I've been busy with all this remodeling stuff ... I'm washing dishes in the bathroom sink! Augh! I hope to record some new stuff soon ... I miss that the most! Haven't got out to any karaoke lately either! I'm still waitin' for Barry to change the world so us older folks can have a shot *sigh* ... well, it's GREAT to have friends ... and great to have a place to come and finally share our music! What's better than that??
